1. Overview of Services

AFS provides a no-cost integration between NMI (Network Merchants Inc.) and HubSpot, allowing you to track and manage payment activity within your CRM using secure API connections.

We also help clients:

• Set up a secure and compliant gateway account
• Configure their HubSpot and NMI integrations
• Maintain system security without storing or handling payment data

There are no monthly fees charged by AFS for use of our HubSpot app.

2. Payment Data & PCI Compliance

AFS:

• Does not process, store, or transmit any payment or cardholder data
• Does not access transaction details or sensitive payment credentials
• Functions solely as a connector between your gateway and CRM

All payment data is handled directly by your PCI-compliant gateway provider (e.g., NMI). It is your responsibility to maintain compliance as a merchant of record.

3. Account Registration

To use our integration:

• You must have an active HubSpot account
• You must have or obtain a valid NMI gateway account
• You agree to provide accurate company and contact information

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your integration credentials.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our software
• Not transmit any malicious code or unauthorized requests through the connection

We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

5. Service Availability & Support

Our integration services are offered as-is and may occasionally be updated or modified. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable API performance, we make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, particularly when reliant on third-party platforms (e.g., HubSpot, NMI).

6. Fees

AFS charges:

• No monthly fee for access to our HubSpot app
• No setup fee for basic integration support
• If additional services (consulting, gateway onboarding, etc.) are offered, they will be quoted and agreed upon in writing before any fees apply

You are responsible for any charges from third-party services (e.g., NMI gateway account fees, HubSpot plan costs).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on s4afs.com, including code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AFS. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of our Services without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFS shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses related to payment processing, customer data, or CRM usage
• Downtime or data issues arising from third-party platforms (NMI, HubSpot)

Our role is to connect, not to process or hold sensitive information. You agree to use the Services at your own risk.
